Develop and employ continuous Lean improvement practices in conjunction with quality improvement program initiatives. Participate in preparation and presentation of Lean practices including value stream mapping, metric measurement, work cell development, continuous flow manufacturing, etc. This position requires significant initiative and the ability to deliver results in an aerospace environment. The successful candidate will be able to develop, implement, and achieve ambitious stretch goals in quality operations and have a proven track record of developing talent in their direct and indirect reports. Develops a culture of continuous improvement. The candidate will also build and grow a team that coordinates across internal groups as well as provide support and guidance to external customers.

Sales Account Manager

The Sales Account Managers aim to achieve specific tactical and strategic quotas over a specified geographical territory assigned to Aerospace and Defense Customers. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for establishing multi-level relationships, providing market intelligence, prospect assigned accounts, introducing and presenting our products and services, writing technical and commercial proposals in support of requests for information (RFI’s), and Requests for proposal (RFP’s) from assigned customers. The Sales Account Manager will also manage each assigned account’s performance (i.e., delivery, quality, contract), address and resolve issues as they arise, and communicate with assigned accounts often.
